- Acting for Primal Scream on the sale of 50% of their song rights to BMG
- Acting for Guy Chambers (writer for Robbie Williams) on the sale of his compositions, and David Gray on the sale of his recording catalogue, to Bella Figura Music

- Advising the partners of Coda/Paradigm music agency in the UK regarding their partial acquisition by Wasserman
